First restaurant

So I am about to open my first restaurant it will be a sandwich shop called "Stuie's Sandwich Shop" that is the idea right now.  Most likely people will not come to a place called "Death's Door Sandwich Shop."  So the shop will have 6 different sandwiches 6 salads and 6 soups.  The shop is about a 5 minute walk from where I am living right now.  I am looking for people to work at this place from taking care of customers to putting food together.  If anyone has a suggestion or would like to work please leave a comment or email me at shuntington@gmail.com
