The food industry has multiple ways to provide food to any individual. The biggest one and the one people know the most is the stationary type which is a sit down restaurant like McDonald and Boston Market. Common theme between these 2 restaurants is that there are places people sit and relax. But a common type that most constructors go to is the mobile food places. These places go where the costumers are and make some nice profit. The one problem with these is that their are not always in the same place and they are quite expensive to start up. So what I am thinking is that stationary place is the best because as long as I do not fail to pay rent I will be okay for many many years. But what would you do?
So I see that many people read this blog I am so grateful that you all are doing this. Well for the new year I do plan to post more often and interesting. I do want to make this into reviews of local restaurants but sadly my pay is bad where I work so that will not happen for many years. So Happy New Year and see you all on the other side.

Power of Herbs
Herbs are plants that can be eaten that do more than make food taste better. Long ago herbs where used to heal and treat many common aliments, so why can't we keep with old traditions. Their are many advantages to the power of herbs and sadly they are not used to heal general aliments. So I am thinking maybe I could open a burger store and have many burgers that can heal and help people out. I plan to test this idea at some point when I have money and time and I will post my finds in a later posts. Hope you all like this post.

Posisbly Career
I have been thinking about what I can do with my degree and I came up with supply accountant. I will help food places get their budget to help make profit. The equation I would look at the most will be supply coast + labor is less than sales + unused food. If the other side is bigger then I will help and fix what ever I can and if its the food quality then I need to improve my plate so I can help the restaurant improve. With what I have already written about I will make it easier. Well I guest the next thing for me is to get a degree that allows me to do this and I just need to improve my plate.

Framer Market
So framer market is a place where you can get fresh fruit and veggies. These venues have better prices than most grocery stores and sadly they are going away bit by bit. In Lowell, Ma there is a farmers market every Friday afternoon, but since it is in the afternoon restauranteurs will have trouble getting fresh produce. These places can help lower the food prices and make your food taste better. So when opening a new restaurant know where you can get produce at a great price. People like produce that was just picked off the farm and good price. If I find a place where it tells you where you can get the address to other farmers market I will post it as edit so keep an eye out.

Next step
So for my next step to my first restaurant is finance how to get the money price you need to keep in mind. The biggest finance problem that most face is loan, to get this their is many things you need to consider before getting a loan. First you will need great credit like about 700 or more by paying the credit card every month. Next is to make sure you make enough to pay off the loan, for example what you spend on life needs to be smaller than what you make. Another thing to keep in mind when trying to get a loan is to make sure that when paying your credit card you pay the minimum every month on the month. Lastly when chating with the person giving you the loan for the restaurant bring in food from the menu, not everything but the best of the best. Bars
Many restaurants have bars these days to increase their profit but it does not work for everyone. Ever seen a fast food place with a bar? No because it would be very difficult to maintain and to make sure the person know how to make the drinks. Though McDonalds is open 24/7 so for them to add a bar would be profitable but they will lose the family type atmosphere. So if you want to open a bar in your restaurant than keep in mind the coast, ecperience, and the posible change in the atmosphere in your restaurant. Can openers
So my can opener can not open any of my cans now because the cutting blade is dull as a rock. What is the best way to fix this? Should I buy a new one?

First restaurant
So I am about to open my first restaurant it will be a sandwich shop called "Stuie's Sandwich Shop" that is the idea right now. Most likely people will not come to a place called "Death's Door Sandwich Shop." So the shop will have 6 different sandwiches 6 salads and 6 soups. The shop is about a 5 minute walk from where I am living right now. I am looking for people to work at this place from taking care of customers to putting food together. Sushi attemped.
So I tried to make sushi today and I made some interesting discovery. For the sea weed you will see lines that is where you will cut to make the size of each sushi the same, it is not where you roll. So to cut it evenly is to make sure that the open part is face down. The only part I can not figure out is to make sure how to make sure the sushi does not open up? Concept
Cooking what great way to please other people in the most relaxing way. As a home cook I wish people to try my new food everyday. So i had a crazy idea what about opening a small dinner with good food at a great price. Then once every other day different home cooks will come to the dinner and have people eat their food. I will provide the most of the food that is needed to cook the meals, but special items will need to be brought by the cook themselves. What if people who want to cook for a living started at this dinner? What if people got payed to cook their best dishes?
